From 225 to 155! I'm 62 and 5'7. Four years ago, I thought I'd never be able to hike, not in a million years!

My husband and I had recently moved to Yosemite from Palm Springs.,

For those that are unfamiliar with Yosemite, it is a scenic hilly region in California. There's lots to do outdoor such as hiking, biking, horseback riding, and much more.

But no matter how much I tried to participate in those events, I knew I wouldn't be able to. Since I weighed 225 pounds at the time. And no matter how much yoga and exercising I did, my dress size was still the same, and I'd sit at home while my family went out and enjoyed the time of their lives admiring Yosemite's natural beauty.

I began to experience severe depression and blamed myself for getting so out of shape. I despised losing out on so many special times with my husband and children. I was not happy with the way I looked (and had the uneasy impression that my husband didn't like it as well.)

But what could I do?

For years I'd been loyally sticking to the exercise and healthy meal  plan prescribed by my doctor, but my dress size had hardly changed at all.

In fact the only thing that's ever really worked for me is what I'm about to share now.

The video taught me that no matter...

​​- how much time I spent at the gym...

- deprived myself of my favorite foods, avoided sugars, carbs, and fatty foods...

...none of it would ever make the slightest difference if I didn't first implement the simple morning "ritual."

Because the ritual flushes out foreign compounds called "obesogens" that cause the body to store the unnecessary load and make my dress size to go down virtually impossible.
